Return Policy/COVID-19 Update

 TEMPORARY NOTICE

 

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and our efforts to keep our facility as clean as possible, we are currently suspending all returns by mail or at our Farm Stand until further notice.

At Roastwell Coffee, our goal is to provide you with the best service, the highest quality coffee, fun merchandise, and enrich your coffee drinking experience. 


COFFEE - Coffee is perishable and is roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee.  However, if there was an error with your order, if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to brew it, or concerns about the quality, we are here to help you. Please contact us at support@roastwellcoffee.com 30 days of your purchase.
