As of spring 2022, we roast on Thursdays & ship orders on Friday. You'll receive an email from us with a tracking number, or for farmstand pickup, a message that your order is ready. For farmers markets, it's still a good idea to pre-order as we often sell out of coffees during the day.

Simply click "Shop Coffees & Teas", place your order through the checkout process. Under shipping click "Farmstand Pickup/Farmers Mkt Delivery". In the next window under "special instructions" enter the name of the market.  We'll have your order bagged, tagged & ready to go when you arrive!

The generally accepted answer for number of 12 ounce cups of coffee from a 12oz./340gram bag is about 16, depending on brew method & preferred strength.

In short, Specialty Coffee is a very big step above Commodity coffee (supermarket coffee). Specialty Coffee in general in grown by small farms that often pass the land down from generation to generation. They're invested in keeping the land & the coffee quality at it's very best. It's most often hand-picked, sorted, washed and dried. Buying Specialty Coffee helps these family-run farms earn a living wage, bring education & health services within reach and promote prosperity in their communities.
