 Our recently converted vintage horse trailer mobile coffee bar is now available for your functions and events! 

Employee appreciation, corporate functions, weddings, showers, birthdays--whatever event you can imagine! We'll travel to your location, provide trained baristas and serve your selections from our menu of bespoke coffee & tea beverages. 

Our mobile coffee bar is fully equipped to provide hot & cold coffee, espresso & tea drinks. Seasonal specialty drinks & late afternoon/evening decaf & mocktail beverages are also available.

Whatever the event, we will work with you to create a memorable experience your guests will truly enjoy.

Availability (Updated May 2023)

We are currently  very limited on when the trailer is available. We work very hard throughout the week to bring our weekend market-goers the best experience possible, which leaves us little time for additional events. We hope to have more availability in the future as our company grows.

A note on pricing (as of May 2023 & subject to change)

We are very happy to see the level of interest in renting our trailer! Here's a few things we'd like you to know before reaching out for a quote.

The Trailer- Our trailer is super cute! We've also spared no expense to outfit it with the best high- quality equipment for making the most amazing drinks.

Baristas- With regards to service, we always include the cost of two people to deliver, setup, breakdown and make& serve drinks. If your event is large or on a tight service timeline, we will add baristas accordingly to insure timely service. 

Drinks- Anticipating the cost of drinks can be a little tricky. The easiest way to give your guests the absolute best possible experience is to serve your guests from our seasonal menu. We ring up each drink and at the end of the event give you the tally from our Square POS system for your balance.

Budget- Knowing your budget would be very helpful in determining if we are the right vendor for your event. Our minimum for attending any event is currently $1000.00
